With the method of group sand table, this study groups sand biggest advantage is can play a dynamic field, in an atmosphere of accept each other, encourage, promote in the aspect of the personality of each member of the integration and fusion in the direction of team. Through an analysis of the research group sand table games, it is concluded that the result of that group sand table games can effectively reduce test anxiety symptoms in grade students, by group sand table games participants can reasonably vent their negative emotions, and find their own sense of belonging. Research Method Through the intervention group sand table, select grade students of the affiliated high school of shandong university, jinan city as the research object, to verify the group sand in reducing the effectiveness of test anxiety. Objects chosen in the affiliated high school of shandong university, jinan city students of two classes in grade three, a total of 117 students do questionnaire, finally chose to implement the project in the form of group sand table games intervention study. And among them randomly selected 10 test anxiety serious students, divided into 2 groups, a total of 10 times group sand intervention. Through SPSS data analysis showed that sand table games for grade students in a group test anxiety has a good effect. The Results
